Cultural and Financial Turnarounds

Organizations are successful, by any metric used, when leaders lead. But what if some staff members, or even many, are not engaged with the leadership. What are the lost opportunities in customer service, clinical outcomes, provider alignment, market share?

I offer an independent assessment of executive management in a non-threatening way that ferrets out gaps in alignment with staff members. I then work with executive management to address those gaps, known and unrecognized, to drive organizational readiness.

I will offer cost-saving ideas, ones that can be implemented but only optimally impactful when the frontline team is more closely aligned with leadership.

Financial turnarounds are most successful when there is a culture of celebrations and success sharing; I coach the leadership team through this process and stay engaged for as long as the organization desires.
